Update

These are just some photos of me having fun with my friends here in Paris these last few months. I just thought It would be fun to share with some people back home who don’t see my facebook posts/tags.

My friend Hélen and I being silly in the métro.

I played a concert at the Paris-Prague Jazz club with my group Tee Franglais

The Rayburns from Lafayette came to Paris and I showed them the Louvre. Lynn Rayburn took this, one of my favorite pictures of me, while we were there.

My roomate Leslie moved back to Holland but not before we threw her a great party.

Leslie always complained that I was making pies but always to take out of the house to other parties. So I made her one of Ms.Lois’ famous strawberry pies. Complete with Crisco and strawberry Jello that you can only get sent from the states.

Our theme that night was Black and Yellow. These are my friends from Denmark, Iceland, and Holland.

We threw another party when my friends from Denmark and Iceland went home. The theme that night was “stereotypical paris”

I was a 1920’s Paris girl

I went with Sarah Savoy to Belgium and we had a great time at this wonderful festival, We ate SO well and played some amazing music and made some awesome friends. i look forward to going back there very soon.

Me playing and singing on stage with the Francadiens.

And that is just a few fun photo memories of these past few months in Paris.

About Emilie

I'm a small girl with big ambitions and very little common sense it seems. I decided after I graduated from college that I would move from my little city of Lafayette Louisiana to the raging monster city that is Paris. In 4 months of planning I have now uprooted everything I had in an amazing town to live in a truly wild place where I have no idea WHAT I am going to do. But isn't that the fun of it all. So here is cheers to getting lost, breaking hearts, starving, and many wonderful adventures that come along with finding yourself.
